Delete your BabyShield account
You can delete your account directly in the BabyShield app at any time.
In-app path
Open the app → Settings → Account → Delete my account.
You'll be asked to confirm. This action is permanent.
What happens when you delete
- Your account and personal data are deleted from our systems.
- Push notification tokens and device links are invalidated.
- Backups and legally required records (e.g., payments/fraud prevention) may be retained as permitted by law and then purged on schedule.
Can't access the app?
If you can't sign in, contact support@babyshield.cureviax.com from your registered email and request deletion. We may ask for verification.
Data export
You can export your data in the app before deletion: Settings → Account → Export my data.
If you deleted by mistake, we may be unable to restore your data after processing completes.
